Eligibility for Returns

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at admin@stayplain.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package.

Ship the item back to us at Kumasi
Refund Process
