Today, France increased its military spending by 40% in preparation for high level conflicts, as it was announced. Most Western countries are preparing themselves for a possible World War. USA has moved troops to the Ukrainian border in Romania, in preparation for possible intervention should it be required. The Pentagon has also placed 8,500 military personnel on "heightened alert" to deploy to Europe should NATO activate a response force in Ukraine.
